[ROTF] Item showcase/review: Dreadstump's Rapier

The range doesn't sacrifice the Rof, the amplitude and frequency(if you checked up on Pfiffel Dps calculator) takes the accuracy away from the sword a bit. Nonetheless, this item from rotf(not confused with Pirate King's Cutlass from prod) is the fastest of all swords but not overpowered like the primal slasher and decapitator
