Note to self:

Recipe makes about 35 cookies from what I remember so ½ of that recipe is as follows

½ cup of peanut butter
½ tsp of vanilla extract
¼ cup of oil
¼ cup of maple syrup
¼ tsp of salt
¾ cup of flour

If my calculations are correct this should make about 17 cookies but now that I think of it why minimise the quantity of these delicious cookies?!
