What Happened To Rob Zombie's Halloween?

Technically this was a mashup because they had Michael Meyers and Chucky in the same movie 😅

I didn't HATE this film but I wasn't enthralled either. I did enjoy the different nurture version of Michael rather than the Carpenter nature model, and the sheer brutality of Michael grown up was engaging. Sadly, I was excited for Malcolm McDowell's take on Dr. Loomis but I really did not like it. For whatever reason it just came off like his character knows it's a movie and was having a laugh. He's an amazing actor I just didn't jive with his take.

I loved both of these movies! Zombie is ahead of his time with the approach to show how the killer was created mentality.

Literally the worst big budget movie I've ever seen. Sounded like it was written by two 12 year old virgins trying to sound cooler than the other.

No the real question is what the fuk happened to Halloween kills and Halloween ends both sucked Halloween ends was the worst of the two I'd watch Rob Zombie's version over those two movies any day the only thing that I couldn't stand about the Rob Zombie's version was that f**** dream sequence with the White Horse and his wife in the movie betrayed as the ghost of I guess his mom in the movie Michael Meijer's and can we please get off the case of them bashing Rob Zombie's version because they had him talk never mind the original had him driving he did not know how to f**** drive where was he getting his driver's license and driving lessons he killed his sister when he was a kid he got put in a sane Asylum and he's able to drive yeah really they dropped the ball in that one too so if they're going to talk about Rob Zombie's version talking they need to talk about that one too in The Originals just pointing it out both versions are good both versions are entertaining just don't ever ever watch Halloween kills and Halloween ends trash ass movies in my opinion

The missing year wouldve been nice cause i always felt there was a missing part of the story between Halloween 2 and 4

I actually liked the 2007 Halloween. 2009 was kinda meh. It wasn't the worst thing I've seen. Better than Halloween Ends imo. I liked Tyler Mane as Michael. Turned him into a 6'8 monster.

I wasn’t a fan of the humanisation of Michael i never saw him as a psychopath he was just pure evil almost possessed he didn’t talk and he showed inhuman strength with no effort he was silent i thought the grunting while killing someone in the remakes to be out of character

HALLOWEEN Kills makes the rob zombie movies look tame as f*ck. I appreciate the two movies as a different take and a different universe really, and not as part of the normal series, not really canon. Enjoyable in their own way but i always felt you cant " explain " Michael Myers need to kill, he wasnt an abused child, he was just supernaturally evil as a sinister force took him over and he went on an evil rampage. I like most of the films but Ends and Resurrection suck balls.
