Its a nice touch that the guy measuring the purity is treating the sample with such disdain. Breaking it up with pestle and letting some of it fly out. Not even weighing the sample and just eyeballing the solutions volume.

I watched the entire series a few years after it was completed. Kept me on my toes, and surprised me a number of times with twists.

What I love about Breaking Bad is how they think meth heads are selective customers.....have you met a meth head?

If I was Jesse I would’ve stayed. Walking in there like an asshole with demands and ending with him showing all these cartel cook veterans how they’ve been doing everything wrong before he was even in high school is badass. You can tell by the main Chef after he saw it hit 96% he had the look of “great, now I have to make friends” also, the leader who said “first of many” put his hand on Jess’ shoulder wasn’t a power move, it was a respect move. It was in his best interest to make sure Jesse felt welcome after learning he could have been the answer to his success. I would have loved to see how everything could have turned out. I have a feeling that waltuh would have done everything he could to infiltrate that kitchen/factory operation, convinced himself he’s “saving” Jesse and fucked everything up though 😂

this was the moment jesse became the protagonist for me. from here on he's the character you root for the most in the whole show.

This scene just reminds me how Walt's actions extended far beyond himself. Now at least one Mexican drug cartel has a recipe for 96% pure methamphetamine.

Bruh!! Chica's all over the place! They would have gotten him a nice house and paid him so much money. He could have stayed and the thing about Mexicans, when you are the guest in a Mexican house. You are treated like the present of the United States! He would have had it all. Chica's, house, horses cars money everything! Just to be taken back to the states and taken advantage of. Having to live like a pet cat! I would have stayed especially in Mexico where they would treat you with respect and dignity!!

All the Cartel had to do is give him what he was worth instead of trying to flex their power over him. Should have given him a mansion in Mexico filled with women and cars and a 50 million per year salary.
