It's disgusting to listen to all the praise of this documentary and others like it, while no one ever seems to place blame where it belongs, on this nazi evil. It's just "Oh, your work is so wonderful, you are terrific" and that may be true, but no one ever states the obvious, how the nazis would have murdered half the world. No blame for these wicked, worthless wretches that caused so much pain. It's really, really sick.

I need some help with understanding something, i do not believe by anymeans that war is good and i think of human life as sacred, i just want to know if there is a posibilty the history we know might have been changed just to adhere to the winners vision for the future generations.
I don’t refer here to all history but to some facts and details, cause in my case, i never knew how bloody the russians have been in the occupation of Poland because we were not taught in school, i just need someone who has more information than the usual to point me some unknown details about this bloody and evil episode of humanity … the ww2.
I hope humanity will find a way to settle without violence some day, and that we will learn to respect and love eachother.

We're used to commentary in which German pronunciation is mangled beyond belief, but this one can't even get the French right - you've massacred it. It does nothing for faith in the soundness of a documentary if you can't get such simple things right - Renow for Renaud was bad enough, but Zheerah for Giraud was just embarrassing - you have rare footage in this, the facts are basically right, it not in any particularly logical order, but there's no excuse for treating foreign names much as an English colonial administrator might have patronized the natives and couldn't care less about their names or titles. Sloppy work.
