I absolutely love this meditation. One small thing that bugs me is the ads in the middle of the meditation which caused me to be less forcused. If there's a way for ads to be in the beginning or the end without interrupting in the middle 🙏

I loved this, I have had a very difficult life and never felt like I had a home and the simple phrase that my heart is my home means so much to me.
