The price for 1BHK for Super built up area of 580+Sqft is 70lakhs exclusive of registration and taxes in areas like Sarjapur Road, Electronic City, RR Nagar interiors for what reason? That's a whopping 12000 rupees per sq ft price and what has developed in the last 5 years to justify the price? Absolutely nothing. The city is choking and here these guys say the prices are still affordable when compared to Mumbai. What the hell? Its comparing and saying we are lil less worst than the absolute worst. These real estate builders just need a reason to hike the price and COVID was one big reason which has swiped away the opportunity of affordable housing in Bangalore.

Where as Bangalore is landlocked city & no drain to rain water. Once the place for public sector now zero that space has been occupied by IT that is all, Bangalore is full of infrastructure problem
