I don't care what other say ... I really secretly admire Robert Maxwell. He used every trick in the book to become a survivor and to rise above poverty and the most unfortunate circumstances as a Jew in Eastern Europe during the days of Hitler. Judge NOT, That Ye Be Not Judged.

While reading the fictionalized version of his life and the life of Rupert Murdoch (The Fourth Estate by Lord Jeffrey Archer) ... the only event that happened that I really disapprove of was when he killed the German soldiers after they had already surrendered and had their hands up in the air. He had to live with the guilt of that, for the rest of his life. I would have simply taken them captive. Killing the young German soldiers was a bad sin. I know he always remembered that, and regretted it later.

Anyone that hates Rupert Murdoch can't be all bad.
