Painting an Ork Kommando from Kill Team Octarius

I really like Kommandos, they're a cool part of Ork lore that's a bit under represented I reckon! Lovely paint job!

Also the ork is awesome, or at least the parts I can actually see! Good thing I built a spotter guy for my DKoK so they won't have trouble seeing and hitting your boys :P

I also think it's really interesting that he's on a realistic base, it adds a lot of contrast and makes the ork seem even more vibrant and extreme in that realistic setting

this is basically what my plan is for my komandos. Purple base, but with I think a strip pattern (if my fine point brushes turn up) of pink and white which I am hoping will both blend in with the purple and also lighten the purple. It just makes me giggle thinking of purple orks running about thinking they are invisible :D

Maybe alternating clothing to be lighter and darker purple. so they look like they are wearing a pants and shirt instead of jumpsuit
