A Day In The Life Of A Superintendent

Jason, just wondering do you have any videos that explain the roles of a subcontractor superintendent? For instance the kind of role where one Superintendent oversees multiple projects with various PM’s and various foreman, not necessarily based on one specific site or project. I know thats a more specific role than whats covered here, but the content is all super helpful. Appreciate what you’re doing for the industry with these videos.

i've been out of the commercial/industrial game since 2017..spent 25 years on walmart and amazon, large sites,, i'm getting recertified and back into commercial and moving to south california to be closer to my daughters.. am i crazy at 54 to getting back into commercial.
