ОтветитьThank goodness I don't feel worse after doing it. I think it gives some measure of relief. Sometimes a lot after awhile. I remind myself when dealing w/ anxiety, that my body is full of stress hormones and these take awhile to dissipate in the body. So I'm patient that though I may feel small relief right away, it will come.
