ОтветитьWell, you said that it's a "deepest probe available" but you did not check it against other probes, like Treasure Mate for example..
Ответитьquestion what was the depth reading on the detector before digging? nice job of working the different pin pointers but you should have known you'd need a deeper hole to start with. tho one did show the coin deaper than the rest. it shouldnt have come down to that. hope you use a towel to colect dirt next time to fill the hole back. good job not sliceing through the tree root very green of you.
Ответитьlet me teach you a skill called dig till your hole is clear meaning scan with your detector then use a probe to find it in your plug or dirt pile lol
Ответитьunless your one of them guys that buzz buzz ding ding ding ding flikin the probe a hundred time to hear the sounds lol
ОтветитьMan, you have gotten some pretty harsh comments! I can tell you I only wish I could find a coin like that! Find of a lifetime my friend! As for pinpointers, having the Pistolprobe and a Sunray, I give the edge to the Sunray simply because it can discriminate like your detector. Anyway, hope you post some more vids? Some of use enjoy them and it's been awhile since you've posted any!
ОтветитьNice find and many thanks for an informative test...........however, your hole made it look like a comet had just hit...........makes my most embarrasing plug look gr8.......thanks.
ОтветитьAre all your holes that big when you do a plug?
ОтветитьI bought the Detector Pro Pistol pointer based on your videos. I love it. A bit big but it gets fantastic depth so I can live with the size. After you use it for a while you get a good feel for the target. Hard to describe. Thanks for the videos.
Ответитьgod bless!
ОтветитьThank you for posting this! I'm sold. Excellent find!
Ответитьnice video. i do find pinpointers a plus. mostly because i dig in grass areas. like parks and grass fields. so u don't have to dig a big hole when you metal detector picks something up. since my metal detector gives me a lot of information, i don't dig big holes anyways. and am glad i have the pro pointer. pistol probe might be good, but it seems like a portable metal detector, not a pin pointer that goes max 3 inches deep. as my flavour is. anyhow, keep up the good work!
ОтветитьHi, I have one question. Has the GARRETT PRO POINTER any option to search Only for gold? (or only for coins) Thanks
ОтветитьIf I wanted a metal detector I might buy a pistol probe. If I want a pinpointer I would buy one.
ОтветитьI have this Detector Pro Pistol Probe and it does detect gold nuggets i tested on a small piece about 1/3 size of a dime and less then half thickness and the probe pick it up at little over 11/2 inch away.
ОтветитьOMG, hey u can now buy the mini excavators if u want to dig a plug that big!!! But the find was killer dude
ОтветитьGood video buy you self a shovel digging holes like that with a small digger is a terrible wast of valuable detecting time.
Ответитьwhoa dude the knife scred me lol
ОтветитьVery interesting and impressive, thanks for posting.
ОтветитьVery good test and howsome find , my compliments : )
ОтветитьWow..Its amazing how many people have nothing better to than post d-bag comments on peoples videos. So brave. Nice find man. Very cool. I am just starting to read up on metal detectors, we had a ring finder in NYC find my wifes engagement ring in a snowbank - really piqued my interest in treasure hunting. Thanks for posting your vids.

ОтветитьI got the pistol probe,I bought a 9 volt battery charger, but need to know which type of rechargeable 9 volt battery to buy as there are different rating like (7.2 8.4 9.6 voltage on 9 volt batteries) if I use two 9.6 it might be too much power & it might damage the probe.Using two 8.4 might underpower it and will not be up to 18 volts.Which NIMH battery rating 9 Volt should i buy?? I was thinking of useing one 8.4 with one 9.6 rechargeable battery to get it close to 18 volts.
Ответитьnice find! what kind of digging tool is that?
ОтветитьNice one :0) See my Amazing Finding of Bronzeage, its a Tutulus but i got 5 :0)
Ответитьi´m a coin collector so im sooo curious to see the pic of this coin, do you have it online? thanks
ОтветитьGreat video of how not to dig a hole.
ОтветитьIve got a Ace 250 and had been looking for a pinpointer within my price range for a year or so,it happened one day I was at the goodwill store and ran across a Kid's Quest child metal det.,original 14.99,mine was 2.00 and comes in three peice,I use the bottom part which is the main part of the detector and it gets 6 to 8 inches depth.,it wont get you into a real small hole, but one thats at least 6" in diam. it works great and the price was right,it originally came from TJ max.
Ответитьfake
ОтветитьTHAT HOLE WAS ALREADY DUG YOU REDUG IT
ОтветитьI will keep my Garrett pro pointer
ОтветитьDude, i could have dug 8 plugs (and a lot neater) with my folding shovel by the time you dug that one. Nice find though.
ОтветитьThanks for the review. I tried detecting 2yrs ago with my son & a whites prizm4 and zero target aquisitions, but we didn't know about pinpointers at the time. So, after gaining renewed interest and having time to get the bad taste out of our 1st experience I recently bought a Fisher F2 & on your reccomendation the Detectorpro probe. On our 1st hunt yesterday, in 1.5hrs my son & I found 4 pennies, 1 quarter, zipper, foil ball, & a washer with 0 empty holes/100% target finding. :)
Ответитьu should buy a shovel lol
ОтветитьFound a 5.5" nickle plated w/cast iron knocker bell today in my side yard. Equip = Fisher f2, detectorpro pistol probe, & lesche digger. About 10" deep under a couple large burried rocks.
ОтветитьChrist, dude! big enough hole you are digging up , ya think? No need to dig that big of a plug.
ОтветитьWow!! This is better than porn!! lol! Thank you for the awesome video. I was torn between thet Garret and the Pistol probe. Thanks!
ОтветитьI've had my Pistol Probe about 2 years now and it's worth every penny!
Ответитьwell done sold on the pistol probe.and what a great find.ill be ordering one today.never fated the garrett i sold mine before christmas.was going to buy knokta rs.heard negatives about those as well.the minelab no way.pistol probes the way to go gl hh
ОтветитьGreat find. The Detector Pro does has great depth, but I thought the job of a pinpointer was mainly to be used after you dug down to the vicinity of the target. You wouldn't necessarily need a pinpointer with a depth of several inches. After all that's the job of the metal detector. It could be an advantage, since it saves you from picking up the metal detector to rescan hole. The only drawback is you don't know how close you are to the target because of the greater depth range.
Ответитьcould have pulled a treasure chest out of that plug..
Ответитьyea. this is totaly the wrong way to dig a plug...
ОтветитьWowsers! Super lessons for the newbies. One, on your choice and a wonderful demo to show why. Two, the ethics of "plugging" to preserve the landscape's condition. Nice. Thank you!.
Ответитьleuk filmpje en je engels is goed :)
ОтветитьGo check out PistolProbe com
Ответить2:40 Лопата?Не,не слышал
ОтветитьThat coin is way more impressive than that pistol probe. I just got a new pro pointer and its got a 5in air test on it, I don't know what's wrong with the one you have in the video..
Ответитьlooks like the garrett pointer you are using is a fake when you turned on only beep once that is a sign of a fake garrett the original ones beeps twice when turned on
ОтветитьPlug hell....you could bury the Great Pumpkin in that gash :-)
Nice find ;-)
That "plug" needs a safety barrier around it or OSHA will fine you and MSHA will want to see your mining permit and safety logs.
