Nobody had stage presence like Henry Rollins I saw a tool open up for Rollins band in the early nineties that was incredible. And I also saw tool at Lollapalooza in 92 I believe on a side stage. Maynard did have quite a presence

I recently watched an interview where Maynard talked about this show. He said the whole place is built like a giant greenhouse and the acoustics were absolute shit. Such a legendary show in the Tool world sticking it to Scientology :)
