Josh them radiators are new one I have them in my house and my house was built 4 years ago

My mom has rental houses and one house in particular she can't keep rented out. Also, people who do repairs won't stay long in the house. She went one time to check the status of new carpet being put down and all the workers were standing in the yard just looking at the house. She asked them why they weren't working and the foreman said a little girl came running down the stairs, jumped off and vanished. They said she was singing. The foreman and three other workers saw it. The next day she sent the maintenance work and his sons to see if they could finish the carpet. About 10 minutes after they got in the house they started to smell pipe tobacco and a man stood at the top of the stairs, smoking his pipe and watching them. The maintenance guy out of reflex asked why he was in the house and the man vanished right before his eyes. They ran out of the house and called my mom. She thought they were trying to get out of the work. The next evening she went over to the house to see exactly what was going on. She told me she was walking around the rooms on the first floor and a little girl walked by her and just looked up at my mom and walked a little ahead and vanished. My mom said she didn't know what to think. She said she went for the front door and a door upstairs slammed. She said she then understood why no one stayed in the house. I don't think she rents it anymore. I think she uses it to store left furniture and appliances.

I suspect lots of critters are living inside the walls and the attic making noises.
