Who is that guy?
ОтветитьI love this. Beautiful.
ОтветитьHi Rick great channel. There's an Ayden Esen track on the Nuryl playlist that is described as being from "The Atlanta Sessions"... i can't find the recording anywhere. do u know where it is available?
ОтветитьI'm proud as a Turkish citizen that a Turkish genius is in your attention. You should check Aysedeniz Goksin out as well.
ОтветитьWhoa....
Ответитьrick, wich are the influences on Aydin playing? I mean, astonishing and unusual part. is that stravinsky and debussy harmonies and lines?
ОтветитьIncredible!
ОтветитьI doubt anyone will bother. But if someone would take the time to make a sheet music out of this and put it online, that'd make me a happy person.
Aydin at times is far beyond my comprehension. I have to repeatedly listen to certain passages in order to understand what he is doing.
Certain passages were mesmerizing. The first 17 seconds for example, I've listened to it many times now. Sounds familiar, and yet so unique.
He reminded me of being sort of an evolution of Lennie Tristano... then he rips a walking bass twice as fast as just as creative. Amazing player. Question - does this guy even practice? I mean, did he ever play scales? Or is he 100% intuitive? Thanks for providing us with this.
Ответитьreally refreshing playing.
ОтветитьSpeechless!
ОтветитьShocking..
ОтветитьGreatest improviser ever.
ОтветитьI love that I was transfixed listening to this on my phone and it was recorded on cassette in such a low fi fashion! Thanks for sharing it!
ОтветитьReminds me of snarky puppy’s Lingus solo 😮 awesome
ОтветитьI can actually listen to this. I guess my ears are working after all! Beautiful, inspiring, happy, joyful, and of course
astounding.
i'm not able to find the example of him soloing over an F pedal . could post that link here ?
ОтветитьWow
ОтветитьThis video was made EXACTLY 10 years and 10 days before I was born!!!
Ответитьincredible. how come this guy isn't more well known? I'm going to start telling people about him.
ОтветитьThe last chord.
ОтветитьOH MY GOD!
ОтветитьBrilliant! How do you even come up with that?!
Ответить1987.
Ответить05.02.2021 BRAVO!
ОтветитьThanks for posting Rick! I am an audiophile but this is one of these recordings I really don’t care about the quality; what great playing here 👏🏻
ОтветитьDeep respect!
ОтветитьThe incredible thing is him singing everything he plays on the spot
ОтветитьThe audio quality only really mattered the first seconds. I never came to listen to a piano anyway.
ОтветитьJust amazing. Mindblowing! Very awsome improv.
