It was, in my opinion, a brilliant exhibition, not seen for many years, of ALL the wonderful talents of a generational boxer. Crawford's team had him well prepared for Spence - Spence's team HAD NO game plan - NONE and it showed.

Bud is a freak, saw a vid of him deadlifting 405lb (180kg) in jeans with good form

Spence lunging in with left hand is a pattern weve seen for a while even in the fight. Someone with the footwork and counter punching iq of bud was always going to take advantage

Such a brilliant fight..
Crawford is a mean genius in the ring. People always said he's not big or strong enough, but his first fight at 147 was Jeff Horn, who whilst not Spences level bullied a win over Pacquiao. Yet Crawford beat him comfortably.
It's good people now recognise just how good he is. He's such a natural boxer and has never been really troubled..

Bloooody Hell Bruv. Hope everything is good with the Fam. Was waiting for this! Bud proved my assessment of him as the Last All Terrain fighter was right. He controlled all distances and ranges with every facet of his game. The foot feints, the footwork, the jab, the timing, the ability to execute countering in between shots. Much less his athleticism. He is The Best.

What was more telling thsn anything else for me was just how weak Spence. Not once did he make any sort of dent in Crawford.

What we saw from crawford was really something special. I think when we look back on this week we have seen 2 very special performances that we will remember for years to come. But chris id love to hear your thoughts on James' corner work. I think that it was pretty bad and i think people arent talking enough about spence's poor gameplan either, while i dont want to take anything away from crawfords near perfect performance or kick spence while he is down i do think there is a lot he could have done better. Spence is not as bad as that fight makes him look

Id be interested to hear you break down fantasy fights between Crawford and some of the welterweights of the past, particularly if theres anyone you think has the tools to beat him. Maybe its recency bias but its hard to imagine anyone having enough for the Crawford we saw that night

Chris i have been a fan or errol since the Olympics, I watched at least 20 of his pro fights. But errol just didn't seem his 100% self. I know its maybe bud made him look a level below but something wasn't right his defence, quickness of thought, balance etc seemed below his usual standards. they said his timing was off surely errol and DJ picked up on this during camp????
