yes, develop northern Ontario but for God's sake do not waste our money on building a tunnel under Hwy 401!!! Toronto does not need ,more of our money to develop its economy!!! Special economic sones should include Hamilton, Sarnia, Cornwall Kingston Chatham, Windsor and Brantford - all places that really need economic revival!!!
