ОтветитьI had an Olympic weight lifting coach in college and you are exactly right. Single leg squats like yours are super important. One leg is usually used more or developed more than the other. It definitely helps not only stretch but the technique helps strengthen muscles around the knee

ОтветитьHad knee pain for close to a year and started doing step up progression and variations and the pain is gone. Like GONE, gone, SON! LETS GOOOOOOOOOOOOOIIIIOIIIIIFJRJRJIEJRIDIRJJRIDJDJRJRJRBBEJDNFBRNFFOOOOOOO.... for real tho, the pain is gone.
