Yum, that panzaratti looked so good, and I love that you found ways to "healthify" your cheat meal by getting baked (which I prefer anyway) and just eating the good gooey part, and dodging the extra dough. Also love the rings and the new couch! Have you checked to see if someone scooped up your old one?? Back in our apartment days, it was always fun to peek into the garbage room to see if there was any "free stuff", or get rid of furniture or other stuff and see if anyone rescued it before garbage day! :)

I just found your channel last night and watched for 2 hours straight lol, I work from home and have always struggled with my weight, at one point in my life I lost 100lbs then I had my son and well started gaining from there...so I am right back where I started... I feel like I have forgot everything about eating healthy and your videos have gave me so many good ideas...Thank you for being so inspiring!! :)....I also tried Dates for the first time today and wow they are my new favs! lol :) :)

HI Jenn! Did you say it took you 1 year to lose weight eating this way? I'm eating this way and have been for approx. 2 months. I have lost only 3 lbs. I was losing a pound a week for 3 weeks and then gained a lb on the 4th week!! Not sure what is happening because I'm dedicated to eating clean as I feel like I've finally found a way of eating that makes me feel sooooo much better. Any thoughts?

He did all of the shopping for my rings (I gave him basic style guidelines) and when I saw my wedding band for the first time I cried like a baby!
