I think the mountain in the background is Kohala mountain above Kawaihae harbor. Amazing views.

What a great house! I love this one, you can’t beat that beautiful location right on the water. The house looked to be in very good shape too, with a nice layout. I could see myself spending so much time out on those lanai’s ❤

Could be bid for a lower price though, apparently 2,5 m for a house and other 4,8 m is for the sea and lawns

Is it that in this house there has never been a high tide with water causing danger to property and people.

Don't sell yourself short, Mike (referring to your comment about not ever getting a house like this one). You have what it takes to get the life you want: honesty; super strong work ethic; nice-guyness; the list goes on. Watching your videos makes me believe I can buy one of those houses one day.

While I like the modern new builds, I absolutely love this style- I guess you would call it Plantation style. I love seeing woodwork. I would have to make the upstairs bedroom as my master, mainly because it is away from the others and afford privacy.

I love it! It’s the perfect mix of old Hawaii with modern touches, and that private beach round the back 😮

7.2 mil is too high by at least a mil, for what i see.
