This strategy looks good but I don’t think it would work if your teammates aren’t great at the game

Is this video why my dumb*ss teammates prioritize rotom over drednaw? You don't get get exp from defeating rotom. And the only person who gets anything from defeating rotom is the person who deals the final blow and it's not exp it's just 20 points. You only get exp from defeating drednaw and every body on your team gets that exp. Drednaw is and always will be more important than rotom.
