Ответитьthis isss bad assss but when you were wearing the lady shoes I bust out laughing ..lmfaoooo great job man.
Ответитьnice work! love it.
ОтветитьHAHA! AWEWSOME WORK NOISYSID. ALL U NEEDED 2 DO WAS DOWGRADE THE SOUND A BIT SO IT SOUNDED OLD & ITS PERFECT. HOWD U DO THE FEMALE VOICE, DID U DO A FILTER ON IT IF SO, USING WAT? VERY INSPIRING, KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK! ^_^ =)
ОтветитьNice work!! And it's cool that you let us see how you did it, thank you ^^ so entertaining and educational too
ОтветитьIts nice but the sipping drinks sound was actually not needed. No one makes such noise while drinking.
Ответитьsick
Ответитьwhat do you mean?
ОтветитьHey, Anyone learned about the Rapid Cash Fortune? (do a Google Search) Ive read lots of amazing stuff about it and my friend made a great amount of cash with it!
ОтветитьThat was fun. You must collect all kinds of great treasures to make sound for your craft.
ОтветитьI yelled at her but she drank it anyway!
Ответитьvery nice work indeed, i especially like the way you acted those sounds in, i would have just made slices and placed them in. about the same volume of work really, if not more, but i gotta talk about quality. next comment hahaha
Ответитьi know you make your work stand out, but tell me if you agree, --everything is somewhat too top notch for a production that might go into film. its great work, but, sad to say, your noise in a movie, would be turned down a bit, i find a lil bit too much woof and not enough huff (essence) in the bass areas - stuff like cloth noise, you d have more compression and less volume in regards to noise under dialogue, concerning stuff like chairs moving, plus in a scene, mics are up and far from feet.
Ответитьwell bob, i appreciate your comments. yes, the effects are being played louder in my videos than they would be played in an actual mix. i have been a professional foley artist for 25 years now. we dont compress effects, especially cloth moves. foley is a very organic process.
Ответитьwe minimize the manipulation of these recordings. mic technique for recording footsteps varies from artist to artist. i've been very successful in micing them at least 2 feet away and often off axis. in real life you would never hear footsteps on axis, unless you were lying on the ground.
Ответитьyeah that s exactly what i m saying, in a production you have mics placed for dialogue and the compressor handles the backgrounds if they don t need to use any of their backup recordings i m pretty sure they do on the spot for scene integrity reasons, or otherwise just foley them in. what you re doing is pretty cool considering you re doing it live. hay, check out some of my foley to a song intro i made- my videos, '(prena)',the intro in 'bad man party', but here s more of a sfx sort of thing :)
ОтветитьGreat demo.
ОтветитьThat was really cool, taking a class bout moving making and that help explain foley
ОтветитьThose heels.
Ответитьcool they blend together well
the video and the foley guy
I get that he needs to do this strange things to get the desired effect, but did he really need to get those $400 heels?
jk ;)
was thinking of ol Bill Cosby when I saw this. Funny that the guy's name is Bill. I'd redo the scene adding Cosby's face over Bill. I can do it with aftereffects. Give me your original footage with all your foley effects and dialogue but without your inserts and we can do a really pungent send up of the creepy Coz.
ОтветитьASMR
Ответитьgrande!
Ответитьthis is actually really cool
ОтветитьExcellent movie choice and amazing sound quality. But that's a problem. The original audio sounds way different and I have been searching everywhere for answers to HOW and with what equipment I can use to get that wonderfully gritty imperfect sound for an upcoming 16mm film I'll be shooting next month. Seriously, when you pair 16mm b&w with perfect sounding digital dialogue and effects, it just doesn't make sense. The best I could come up with is a high impedance desk mic and a tape recorder, but it's not a shotgun mic so that won't work for most shooting scenarios. I can't afford a Nagra reel to reel and have had no luck with Pro-Tools or Cubase plug-ins. Any ideas?
ОтветитьThis guy is phenomenal !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ответитьthey dont use foley for liquid in glass in movies nowadays do they? The voice was actual wasn't it?
ОтветитьGreat job. Old school foley needs to live on. Digital is not ethical other than storage and modify original sounds for pitch and tone, etc.
