ОтветитьI only found this workout about 4 days ago. This is my second round completing it. It's so good, that last round is a killer. I'll be doing it at least twice a week. Thank you. I might be 8 years too late, but better late than never, right. Lol

ОтветитьAt 61 I’ve Been doing this workout on average 3 days a week for the last 6 years or so I’m not a pugilist just enjoy Nate’s coaching and trying to get better and faster ..if you work it it will kick your A$$ very legit. Side effect is being able to hold your own in a fair fight. Not a joke. Keep up the good work Nate! Godspeed!
