Interviews can wait — the priority must be to implement all services and verify they are fully operational. Without that, nothing else matters.

Why the Mayday call audio transcripts from pilots to ATC not yet released? How can the Blackbox get damaged?? Why is it sent to tbe US? Seems there's a good cover up going on by Tata, Aviation ministry and Boeing is helping Tata Airindia to cover up the blood on Tata's hands.

LOTS of TATA cars customers also complain about cars are not getting proper servicing .. probably the same servicing problem with TATA owned AIR INDIA….
Who’s responsible for the is crash is definitely TATA’s…. Need justice to dead people and to the nation..
Mr.Chandrasekharan better to resign and give chance to other efficient leaders.

Why doesn't Air India have senior executives with aviation expertise? The issue is that operations are managed by individuals with backgrounds in retail, IT, and mining, which are entirely different from the specialized expertise required for aviation business operation

It was said that safety is taken seriously , it is different than customer experience. But what if they intersect. For example , while air con not running could be categorised as discomfort , but what if it signifies that air con not being powered could indicate electrical systems not working, and what if electrical fault traverses to critical flight control systems. Is that taken into consideration when looking at customer complaints

How dumb this interview can get ..? To someone that cant do much 'after' a horrific event such as this.
Pending investigations, that might pin onus to Tata - Air India, there is no point asking these questions to this man.
If you have found direct evidence that their lethargy led to this accident, then interview them. Else whats the point ..?

🔥"Biggest Revolution", "Trillion dollar idea",
"Simple Logic"🔥

🔥" E- democracy" - future of India 🔥

Why can't we have digital governance for Indian democracy.. with platforms like Amazon and Flipkart...

Benefits -

1. 1.4 billion..database.. of Indian population.
2. "no vote".. only complaint filing & solving..
3. "Complaint" becomes vote..
4. Instead of 5 years we can have daily election.. and performance review..
5. Elimination of unqualified, uneducated, chaotic, corrupt, criminal politicians..
6. Merit and result based system..
7. Justice and fairness for everyone..
8. Transparent governance..
9. Elimination of physical infrastructure like parliaments..
10. Less politics and more governance..

So if we can have E-Commerce revolution, internet revolution.. why not digital governance.. and E - democracy

Its the poor Governance from Air india management, compensation is not the answer, and he as a chairman should admit it.. these big executives with Huge salary and Perks are njoying the lavish lifestyle..
There are so many complaints about the quality and service of Air India Aircraft in the past

AIR INDIA is set back by 05 yrs in its Good will. That is the cost of bad air crash where 99.9999% people loose life. I choose Etihad instead of Air India recently and I know another 100 passengers who did the same. It’s because this is a Company by Tata Name that commands immense respect in India and UK. Had the airline been Govt of India as owner world would have cared less as world always feels Govt of India controlled assets can go wrong anything since in democracy their is not accountability. Not only Tata but any high risk industry like Nuclear power plant, power projects, oil and gas, mass transportation etc should take this accident / incident as recent lesson before they compromise on Human Resources competency and Spares through rigorous MOC process that should be in industry’s doctrine like “anti bribery”

Reading the comments Tata PR team got activated. This is a big blot on India which will be remembered by world for decades & as an Indian we need to portray & set examples wherever the fault lies. To put pressure on Govt & Indian Investigation Agencies we should avoid Air India. Either an International independent body investigates for those 250 lives lost or Indian Investigation agencies work without the influence of political parties. Tata’s are influencial
