The kit is great.
I would never have bought UV resin. But it was in my kit and now I see it's great for certain projects
Need my Mica powder. I use it in paper craft. Now in resin. It's almost as fun as a kaleidescope
ОтветитьI used your kit today for my first time making something with resin. I had so much fun experimenting!
ОтветитьWhen covering for curing, make sure you have an area raised to release heat.
ОтветитьI actually bought the leveling boards on your advice and love it. My sister is wanting to start resin so next payday i am ordering your kit for her to start with.
ОтветитьSteve I love your videos! Can you use a styrofoam box instead of a cardboard box?
ОтветитьThe way you say bye warms my heart! 😊 I have most of the things you’ve mentioned here except the JDiction kit but I’ll have to wait until next month after the bills are paid to see if I can afford it! lol
ОтветитьLoving being a part of the members group! Definitely recommend it for any level of creator! Such a lovely and helpful community.
Edit: can't wait to try out micro brushes doing detail work!
Hi love your videos.
ОтветитьI love all of your videos and appreciate you sharing your list of must-have tools! I have most of them and couldn't live without them. Thank you Steve 😊!!!
ОтветитьGlad I'm Not the only one that uses a giant cardboard box for a cover! Mine is kinda decorative as it’s actually an apple crate from the grocery store :)
ОтветитьDo you wear a like a painters mask/respiratory mask to protect you from fumes?
ОтветитьWhat happened to Resin Colour?
ОтветитьThanks so much Steve!!
ОтветитьI've had the J Diction kit on my Amazon wish list for a few months. Since you said they're a limited stock, I just finally ordered it.
ОтветитьAwesome selection Steve. Will be looking at some of them. Please however do something about your mic. It keeps booming whenever you touch your work surface. The vibration goes up the mic. The thing is it never used to do that till recently so maybe you changed its position.
ОтветитьPanda Hall good for jewellery tools beads ect
ОтветитьI got a leveling table because i seen a video where you had one. I did treat myself and got it as a christmas present for myself lol. I love it! Thank you for the video's ( I try some of your ideal's as well) ,advice and product recommendations! ( also got some micro brushes and the JDiction uv resin because of you) Couldn't be happier. Much love from KY USA
ОтветитьOk,ok I can’t take a chance of them being gone so I ordered your kit today 🤣🤣
ОтветитьWhat do you do with the micro brushes when you're done? They look thin enough to be cut up into small pieces with your snippers and make something new you can mix into your resin projects! I'd love to see what you could do with them to keep them from becoming waste, especially since I know you keep your drips and spillovers for future projects
ОтветитьI really need to get a leveling table.
ОтветитьSteeeve. In one of your videos I seen you using a giant muddler to break glass up smaller size. Can you tell me if you bought that as a set or if that’s something that you just put together? I am buying quarter inch fire glass, but I would like it to be smaller. If you are able to give me the information I will thank you ahead of time.
ОтветитьGreat list of goodies!! I've never seen those leveling tables, definitely going to grab one or two of those!! Thanks for sharing Steve 👊
ОтветитьQuestion. How do you prevent UV resin to not be tacky? Mine is cured but it feels rubbery. Do all UV resins feel tacky or rubbery? Thanks!
ОтветитьThank you for such a informative video.
ОтветитьHave you seen the coaster moulds for resin on Ali Express, where the sample shown is multi coloured? I wondered if you knew how that is achieved?
ОтветитьI love your excitement! Great tips. Thanks Steve!
ОтветитьHi Steve, I love your channel and I always look forward to watch when you come on, I have been trying to find a black pigment paste but I can only find liquid or powder in black is there any that you could recommend or is there a reason I can't find paste, thank you for all of your videos I just love you,
ОтветитьLOVE you, love your channel, love your creativity, your never afraid to try something.
Can I ask your advice, I'm looking into a vacuum pot and pump, which do you like, I'm only a hobbyist, so not professional, I have about £150, total. THANK YOUUUUUUU
My Amazon wish list is getting really long lol ;)
ОтветитьI have put this on here before, but I can't find how to get your resin beginning kit. Please send me a link!!!!!
ОтветитьHow do clean the equipment,,,love these videos

Can you just get the paddels, paddles, would they work, with my drumal??? Oh I have my Roxy Epoxy, that I got over a year ago, never even been taken out of the box ,will it still be good to use??? It's a 64oz set
ОтветитьI just recently found your channel. You have turned into my new Netflix! Thank you for your videos. I appreciate you. Have a happy day.
ОтветитьYou can never have too many tools!
ОтветитьIt's amazing new friend here 😄👍
ОтветитьWow the only tool I don't have is microfiber brushes. I do have silicone brushes so I guess that is okay 👍
ОтветитьLove you Steve 😊
Ответитьwe need Steve Mcdonald kits @ Canada
ОтветитьGREAT tips Steve! I love having a magnetic strip to hold all my tweezers. I can grab them in a hurry if I need to and I always know where they will be. My second tip is organization. Steve you are the Organization King! 🤴 Thirdly Education is not free, give back to those who have helped you learn something new! 😉
ОтветитьThanks very useful. Ive already utilizes the cardboard box to cover the resins overnight, now when we get a new box I'll grab it, tell my husband, hey I can use that for something and my husband just shakes his head 😂. Lol. Thanks for sharing, it definitely helped me.
ОтветитьLOVE LOVE LOVE your videos! Can't live without.... a turn table. Mine was for cakes, abt 12" diameter... looking for a really cheap flat 20" lazy susan. Rotating pieces while working is so much easier than reaching over or around.. Can work on multiple pieces comfortably. Give me additional flexibility to be more abstract on product also. I hold the cup up over pouring a stream and turn or spin as I like.... can even spin it fast enough to get the resin to spread.... I also use it when painting items like vases, touch ups, etc.
Ответить👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼❤️😉🫵
ОтветитьWas researching deburring tools for resin crafts like jewelry. Do you use it? Thank you for sharing your creative skills.
ОтветитьAnother great thing to use as a cover is those picnic dish covers. The dollar tree here in the United States has them sometimes
ОтветитьI learn so much from these videos
ОтветитьThanks
ОтветитьThank you for the good tips
ОтветитьSteve I love your work, but I got one of them tables from j d I am very disappointed with it it has warped 😢
