This turkey will taste bland as hell except for the skin. No injection into the meet, nothing under the asking... just butter with salt and pepper over the skin? The some stuff that doesn't seem like much seasoning going and one piece of fruit which would make it sweet colliding with the salt of the skin. Maybe in Europe this would be ok turkey but this is going to be cardboard taste without skin. That breast will taste like air.

It won’t be cold. You have to put it under foils AND A THICK TOWEL.

The turkey will be steaming hot. Promise.

Came here because someone recommended this video for the "perfect" turkey. However I have never heard of letting a turkey rest for 2 hours. That's just asking for food poisoning.

That butter suppose to go under the skin on the breast...otherwise it will melt off in the first 10 minutes

I cook my Turkey on the lowest temperature through the night covered with foil then take it off for the last 45 minutes to brown it off on a higher temperature for the last 20years just like my dad when he was alive at home,so tender & juicy.🍗

DO NOT PUT THE LIVER AND GIZZARDS IN YOUR TURKEY PAN. They go extremely bitter when overcooked and will ruin your gravy and potentially your turkey!
