ОтветитьI can eat bananas without gaining weight, I just can't consume them in a liquid form. I was drinking Kefir with banana blended into it. Maybe 3/4 of a cup each day, and I gained weight from it. Like 8 pounds! I think there is a big difference between blending banana into a liquid, verses eating it. Blending it is worse because when it's in a liquid form you consume it faster and digest it faster which spikes your blood sugar, and you gain weight. I think the combination of banana with kefir plays a part in the weight gain too. I can drink raw milk just fine, but kefir makes me gain weight. I'm not Keto, I eat plenty of fruit and don't gain weight from it.

ОтветитьRespectfully disagree. No food will "make you fat", so long as you maintain a calorie deficit. As to bananas, I slice one up into 45 pieces and slowly eat it for breakfast paired with a small amt of plain yogurt. I have little issue with not feeling hungry until dinner (9 - 10 hours later). If a particularly annoying craving comes along, I quash it with an apple. Other than that, interesting vid.

ОтветитьI gave up smoking, drinking, pasta, rice. Bread, cookies, cake, pie, everyday popcorn habit, chips even men I do not travel I can not give up bananas. All other food I eat is zero carb. Avocado has zero test😝 bananas are yummy😋😋😋😋😋😋
