Now that right there is Cowboy!
ОтветитьI am a cowboy at heart too.
ОтветитьLike Toby Keith said " i should of been a cowboy."
ОтветитьThis song is transcendent!
ОтветитьOne of the most pleasant and excellent songs I’ve heard in a hot minute. Well done Dean.
ОтветитьTecova also brought me here.....been humming this song all day.
ОтветитьTecovas brought me here ....thank you Tecovas, now this is real Country Music, right to the core of things
ОтветитьThese day I'm a concrete cowboy. All Hat and No Cattle as they say. I hear this beautiful song and want to go back home.
ОтветитьChords?????

ОтветитьWOW! Every now and then, a perfectly written song comes along! WOW!
ОтветитьTruly gold. Didn't expect it to draw emotion, but as soon as I heard the first line, I was hooked. Beautiful work!
ОтветитьThanks Tecovas for bringing this gem into my life, Dean thank you for such a beautiful, honest song😊👍
ОтветитьSong hits different when your up in those mountains
ОтветитьCattle calls and canyon walls
The jangle of spurs
At the light of dawn put the saddle on
Start movin' the herd
The distant horizons are a glorious sight
And there's gettin' lost in the milky way at night
🥹Beautiful
Amazing. Truly wonderful.
ОтветитьY’all can’t tell me this isn’t Will Forte.
ОтветитьI’m no cowboy, but I come from a long line of cowboys and wild west law men. I’m a lawman myself nowadays, but this song makes me want to up and leave it all to find the ranch my great great grandfather had in the black hills of South Dakota sit in a field and listen to this song. Sorry to ramble.
ОтветитьWow! Love it!
ОтветитьLove ya brotha
ОтветитьJust heard this morning over morning coffee and living with horses and cows, this is real real good thank you sir.
ОтветитьThis song has touched me more than anything has in a long time. I'm 79 y/o. Heard a lot of songs. Thank you for this one. Your voice is from Heaven.
ОтветитьHeard this in the Tecovas commercial. Had to check it out. Just beautiful ❤
ОтветитьBrought here by Tecovas ad on TV. It was meant to be. I love it and am so touched by this. I miss Wyoming so much 💕🐎
ОтветитьI heard this on a commercial during the world series. Im surprised this got isnt more known. Such a good song
ОтветитьThe sunset says it all.
ОтветитьWho’s here in 2048?
ОтветитьI really enjoyed this beautiful song
Ответитьwe are allowed these things in the allowance always that which can have profound affect on both the one allowed to compose and those who take the time to listen and hear. I can speak from the aspect of writing yet not from the experience of Dean Johnsons composition. Yet as one who has been allowed to compose, in listening your composition has moved this calm-poser.
Ответить"heard" gratitude and appreciation!
ОтветитьDean is just so special. Thank you for this!
ОтветитьWho's here from Tecovas commercial?
ОтветитьI'm not bringing this up to seem like a smarty pants, but I do wonder how many folks realize this song is not about a cowboy.
ОтветитьJust saw Dean live in Louisville. Closed my eyes several times to confirm that his voice and guitar were ethereal.
ОтветитьWOOOOWWWWWW
Ответитьrecently found this song, it really brings me back to my time i done for the national parks service last year. now fast forward to this year im living in the city and working a prep/line cook position, non of my coworkers understand when i start talking about nature and country, its sad to see this divide between industries and the different ways of life :(
ОтветитьThis song makes me think of my beloved grandmother who just recently passed away from Alzheimers.
ОтветитьWow, good job!
ОтветитьLive the song so much, but does this guy not look just like the grandpa from secondhand lions
ОтветитьYippee-yi-yay Dean
Keep wandering those faraway skies too
A rollin stone gathers no moss
Cheers and can’t wait to see more from ya
Great song.
