Almost too good to be a cover band, closest thing to having the Dead back again, captures that exact loose and good vibey spirit

Saw these cats in St Louis two years ago. Utterly explosive show. 'Hurts Me Too' had me howling like a dog ;)

Loved the small crowd atmosphere that Sunday night. They treased Speedway Boogie in the opening jam and like the musical we studs they are, surgically rocked right into it amidst the heart of the second set. I was super stoked to catch these guys. Both nights here for a couple really great, as some people thought, five star shows. Night two at Red rocks in '23 was like sort of like Vail in '24... Incredible!!! Joe was very complimentary of us, the audience, that night. JRADs last two Saturday nights at Morrison have been absolute banners with the Jacoby and Marsalis appearances. Both were super sell outs and for perfectly good reasons; the amphitheatre floors were like jello there was wo much dancing
