Why do people get so triggered? He can only buy the vehcile at wholesale value, or else he'll be wasting his time and resources and he wouldn't be in business anymore.

What's the benefit for the customer? He gets a check right there on the spot, instead of trying to sell it himself, waiting about 2 months for it to sell, dealing with people and real scammers.

Oh and don't think there's no risk involved for the dealer. These cars and trucks he buys may very easily have underlying issues, and you may not notice them until you drive them for a long distance (after a drive cycle) or on the highway.
