Not good product from my experience. I have purchased and with in 6 month noise is coming from fan. And replaced same from the shop from I purchased. Again same problem stared after few month. And reduced Speed. Now not working at all. This is a good brand but the product is not good

Please read patiently:

Shocked to see it consumes 185 watt, in VGuard website. No mention of this on packaging. If people read that they won't go for it. Noise level affects TV watching and conversations. After only 1 hr of use fan won't spin when turned ON to speed 1. Have to rotate fins with pen or set to higher speed 2 or 3 to start spinning. Called warranty person and will visit soon. Didn't expect this from VGuard. Flow is ok but with noise and worry of electricity charges it is not enjoyable.

Update after service : After servicing by authorized center in Ernakulam, Kerala found:

1. New defective motor was replaced with old one to fix issue. As good as having purchased second hand item now. Service person had assured he will install new one.
2. Many screws (all are with weak plastic threads) found to be slipped. Unprofessional work. Have to fix myself now.
3. Two important screws which mount the upper part of the tower fan drum were missing as seen in photo. The drum support plate wasnt put in proper slot. Don't know whether this was done intentionally to create more issues later on.

PLEASE DON'T GO FOR V-GUARD BASED ON PREVIOUS REPUTATION. THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS NOW. THEY CERTAINLY REUSE REPAIRED PARTS.
