I gained 8kg in a month, i was 54kg last month, today i weight at 62kg, I added a 1k calorie shake and started eating hella dirty but it works, I started off with tracking my calories on everything but later I just memorize kinda and now do the math.

ОтветитьI was 150 to 154 last year and I'm still the same. But I'm not really skinny I have hollow bones at 5'11. I am the same size as one of my friends who is 12 stone and the same or similiar height. I'm an average body fat

ОтветитьI would love to be in a video! I'm 5'11" 195 lbs and think I'm in-between 15-20% bf but after seeing this I might be closer 10-15% I want harder ab striations but don't know if I should bulk or cut. Obviously he gonna say main gain but that's no fun

ОтветитьI started my journey 6 months ago at sub 16 BMI (severe thinnes), I was already skinny and after the loss of my pet i lost couple more kgs. After getting over it I finally decided to gain weight and be healthier. I gained 7,5 kgs (16,5 lbs) and am now at over 18 BMI. Still not in the healthy BMI range but I will get there soon!
To anyone reading this thats also in their fitness journey, I hope you reach your goals. It isn't easy but you can push through and achieve what you want, so don't get discouraged early!
