Yeah, WD40 makes different products, They have a specific dry spray lubricant for machine parts, You should look into that.

I've never needed a scraper, and recommend going with plastic blades if you do want one.
Also, I don't think you needed that much dish soap. :)
Better to use creme brulee torch than heat gun, as it can be more focused heat. Or you could tune the printer so you don't get stringing.

The things you got with your printer (box with tools and scraper), I didn't get them with my X1C. I only got a motor (windable) for a boat that I can print. 😢
