ОтветитьKia ora Charlie, that was a nice practice. I always get confused when you call the side plank though: I think you say "on the left/right", and I understand it as "turn towards the left/right", which means I always end up doing the other side. 😅

ОтветитьI NEVER imagined I’d be COMFORTABLE, not just NOT body confused. But actually comfortable. I’m working on just getting the top leg further up and back and my chest open more. I don’t have the pinched feeling for breathing anymore since I worked really really hard for a few months to open my hips. Thanks!
Oh, I strained my carpal tunnel laden wrist. I was pulling jeans and a blanket twisted up out of the top load washer … heavy. But ! It’s the first time I’ve had to go on fists, or my knuckles actually to do plank or chaturanga since the second month I ever did yoga march or April 2023.
Ouch. I am skipping a couple here and there to go to down dog or child’s

ОтветитьI love the transition from side plank to twisted lunge. For me I take it a step further to revolved half moon 🙏

I try to be more disciplined in my moving session everyday and your classes are not intimidating to start (early in the morning!) yet they still challenge me in the best way and make me feel good for the rest of the day. 45min Intermediate classes are the best!

This was slow moving yet energetic, I feel calm and strong now. I really love these slower flows, as they let me really feel the movements and settle into the poses.
