It's been said that when they (either NBC or Heatter-Quigley) were looking to fill the hosting job for "Hollywood Squares", they remembered Peter Marshall from this ad, and hired him on the spot. And as they say, the rest is history.

I've never seen this WML? episode before....I haven't seen many of the syndicated ones from the 70s. Also, I have all the animated Star Trek episodes on DVD as well as on VHS tapes. They are really wonderful to watch and reminisce.

How interesting, I remember I was there when George Stone from the Mets made an appearance ('73) but couldn't recall this segment. Thanks!
