🇬🇧 Situation 1 - Watch the amazing Defensive work of Pollard (AO). She blocks the first action and evades from the second one (but with the front hand ready to block the Ura-Mawashi Geri), always keeping the distance... When the opponent attacks her in the corner, Pollard makes a great head/trunk evasion at the same time she executes the Gyaku-Zuki!

Situation 2 - Great flow and connection of Alikulova (AKA) that allows her to score the Ippon! Watch how she links the Kizami w/ a tsugi-ashi that puts her in the correct distance to execute the front Ura-Mawashi Geri (at the same that gives her more Speed and Power).

🇪🇸 Situación 1 - Mira el fantástico trabajo defensivo de Pollard (AO). Ella bloquea la primera acción y esquiva la segunda (pero con la mano delantera lista para bloquear el Ura-Mawashi Geri), siempre manteniendo la distancia... Cuando el oponente ataca en el rincón, Pollard hace una gran esquiva de cabeza/torso y, al mismo tiempo, ataca con un Gyaku-Zuki!

Situación 2 - Gran fluidez y conexión de Alikulova (AKA) que le posibilita marcar el Ippon! Mira como ella conecta el Kizami c/ un tsugi-ashi que la pone en la distancia correcta para ejecutar el Ura-Mawashi Geri delantero (que también aporta más Velocidad y Potencia).
