i wish i had a way to be 100% sure that shifting is real before i put any more time and energy into it...i've seen so many sources say that it's lucid dreaming, psychosis, that it only happens inside one's mind etc, and i have so many failed attempts behind my back that i feel like i'm drifting further and further away from the entire topic of shifting. i'm starting to feel like i'm just gaslighting myself into thinking it's real because i want to get out of this reality. idk... sorry yall i just had to get this off my chest rq lol.

I was doing this, and as I laid there with my eyes closed, I started feeling this strange sensation, but it WAS NOT my body. It was like something in my mind that felt like it was trying to leave my body head first. I've NEVER had any sensation like that, and I'm trying it again right now since it's dark to see if it will help. I've been trying to shift since last year, and I've never experienced anything like that. I couldn't even feel my own body, it's so weird but so cool at the same time.

okay so i was doing this last kight and i was already pretty tired so i wasnt fully paying attention but idk which part i was at but all of a sudden, i like seen like my "comfort person" in my eyes and he turned around and started walking away, i felt a floating sensation as i watched him but whenni couldnt keep up, i came back

hey i try to shift for a while now and i think i was really close last night. i mixed the pillow method with the raven method and after i reached 70 i felt numbness and tingles in my body and i started to shiver on my whole body and my heart started beating faster. was i close????

Omg I was trying this method and all of the sudden my heart started beating like CRAZY and I felt the atmosphere change but I didn't shift cause I was so shocked ☹️
