130 gram (1 cangkir) tepung ketan
200-230 gram susu kental manis (3/4 cangkir)
240 santan kental atau susu evaporasi (saya pakai 2 saset santan instan+air)
1 butir telur
1 sdt garam
1,5 sdt vanila
gula dan air untuk karamel.

200-230 grams of sweetened condensed milk (3/4 cup)
240 coconut cream / evaporated milk (1 cup)
1 egg
1 tsp salt
1.5 tsp vanilla
sugar and water for caramel.
