I can honestly say, I've never been vote kicked from MvM. But casual and l4d2 lobbies? They do just flip a coin and kick random people lmao. Getting kicked in a game like l4d2 is almost like a right of passage

Myself personally I'm in this weird middle-ground with tf2 in general, I saw all of these strategy videos for YEARS before actually getting my own pc and playing the game, so my only method of improvement rn is basic muscle memory, which oddly enough doesn't get me very excited. Maybe that's why I became a medic main where his main function is click one button and then don't die.

Same with MvM, I enjoy engineer because I can support the team without needing to do much of the damage and aiming myself.

i swear, people will vote no every time i genuinly have someone afk for 6 minutes in a match, but you are doing literally nothing wrong and your team kicks you for cheating? did my weapon pick offend someone and the rest voted yes just because of instinct? which is funny because i was just running stock flamethrower, like seriously be my guest.

Does saving a teammate from a spy count as cheating? did they just not like my username or something super stupid like that? (like maybe they thought i was a girl? which i am lol) like i genuinly have to scratch my head.

So no, don't even bother trying to rationalize why you got kicked, some people are petty like that.

Easy solution: don't play MVM

Ive only started playing...but i find the idea if being kicked over stuff like this kinda crazy..who wouldnt know the obviously good upgrades and it takes one game to figure out not to bother upgrading a pistol

I got kicked by some Russian and his friends for playing soldier without buff banner on the first wave of an expert mission. We didnt miss money or anything and they didn't let me change class with someone else who had it.

The worst MvM players I've dealt with is Pocket Medics (both experienced and F2Ps) and Engineers who hog their dispensers for themselves and the ones who say "Everyone switch to Engineer!"

It's literally rare to find a good Engineer for MvM and most of these selfish idiots tell people to go sit and spin when asked to share their dispenser then complain why everyone leaves

I got kicked for not using my sticky launcher in mvmv but I was getting a lot of robots with my skullcutter

I hate that as a pyro main it’s the class I’m most effective with but I’ll just get kicked. I’ll have the 2nd most amount of damage delt and not causing us to lose waves. I go as any other class I feel useless(minus heavy).

I didnt even know you could get kicked in MvM, seems to me the entire team just leaves whenever they've lost a wave

Got kicked for not readying up 0.00000000001 seconds after a wave ended.

Most of the time I would use heavy during mvm but one time I was I was playing that 666 nightmare coal town and just couldn't beat it and I could only beat it once I used demo knight

I understand the "fuck you I play how I want" mentality if you just want to play the game, the fact that gambling is involved is what turns it into an obligation to play the one correct way. Thankfully there's a new map in casual that lets you use MvM upgrades without the stakes.

A guy in mvm took up one of our six slots, he never picked a class, never even appeared in game. We couldn't kick him or do anything. We won in the end and it wasn't hard but at the end that guy who was untouchable and useless got items... Wtf

I almost got kicked one because I was sticky spamming as demo on a team of high tours, I was carrying the game though and the person doing the second most damage did like a third of the amount I did, only saved from being kicked because one dude adamantly stood by the fact that I did absolutely nothing wrong

i am willing to help new player out as a sniper in 2CT
i sometime go for meme build to i aint no MVM saint
most of the time when i play mvm i am on something weed edible ect so most of the time idc about the dumb shit they do
if they newbie sure go ham on meme build
but at least listen to other people
