I really like Tim Kennedy!!! This is an excellent episode and just an excellent podcast overall.

Mark and Tim both of you are humble and seem like just nice guys. Tim thank you for your service. Suffering and hard work is what makes life a challenge. When you work through the suffering and pain it builds a better you.

The way Matt shook his head at the fucking nonsense Tim was saying about put your exes face on the food you crave is EXACTLY my face on all the bullshit Tim kept saying during this interview.

Matt is a former military person who has structure in his life, but people have weaknesses. And its not necessarily a bad thing. He knows how to counter act his food cravings by doing extra exercise, which is great for him.

There are people who have more than one weakness and just because the mind frame Tim has works for him, doesnt mean itll work for everyone else.
