ОтветитьDoes this fix flat thoracic spine + straightening of the lumbar lordosis? I've been told this exercise fixes kyphosis but I haven't heard anything of the reverse.

ОтветитьIs it normal to feel sore from this? I'm expecting so. I sit a lot and could use work on my posture and did some of these and i feel soreness on back of my ribs the next day ha. But it feels good like i'm being aligned better.
ОтветитьBeen to so many physiotherapist, acupuncture, osteopath and chiropractors. I suffer from spondyloisthesis and a few times I've gotten spasms that left me in bed. Some say swimming is good, some say this exercise is absolutely no good for spondyloisthesis. Please I need someone who knows what they are talking about, is the cat camel good for my condition, and/or what other exercises can help with my condition. Thank you
ОтветитьThank you for making this video. I understand what you explain about what his exercise is good for. However, I already have L3-L4 and L4-L5 disc bulge while L4 anterolisthesis on L5. I do the exercises to help these two problems, yet I'm trying to incoporate mobility exercises. Is this exercise still good for my existing flexion and extension pain? Thank you in advance for your reply

ОтветитьI found this video searching for a way to help the sciatica pain on my right side. Is this stretch helpful in alleviating sciatica pain? So far, nothing else is working. Not heat, cold, stretching, anti inflammatorys, nothing. 😢
