First travel during Covid times: Nothweiler & city trip to Frankfurt [2020 travel video]

Traveling came to a stop in 2020. In August 2020, when traveling in Europe was still allowed, we planned a trip to Germany. The experience of going abroad, while at the same time staying relatively close to home. Follow us along in this video for our travel to Germany.

We decided to travel to a small German town: Nothweiler. Population: 132. With 6 hours to drive, a perfect place for a road trip to Germany. And while it feels in the middle of nowhere, there is surprisingly much to do in the area. We visited an abandoned nuclear bunker complex, an amazing medieval castle and we climbed the mountain before sunrise for an amazing view.

For the second part of our trip, we continued our journey with a road trip to Frankfurt am Main. We planned this city trip to Frankfurt am Main and Eschborn to bring back memories. A perfect way to combine the quiet with the city life.
