🔥🔥🔥🤭
Ответитьmy moulage teacher did this to me last week lol i was unsure on how to cut the collar and he just grabbed my scissors and did it. it can help a lot to see it done properly right in front of you!!!
ОтветитьWow!! Does this painting resemble the story of Adam & Eve by any chance?
ОтветитьThe green one is so pretty
ОтветитьThis actually came out beautifully!
ОтветитьMy old professor just grabbed my paint brush and 'fixed' my issue without permission. I told her everyone had an issue with her doing that and she said everyone's just 'too sensitive' i still have mixed emotions about it 🤔
ОтветитьThose apples look fantastic dude
ОтветитьI love that
ОтветитьThat does feel very useful! Also a good lesson in putting more weight in the process than the final product and treating every painting as a learning experience
ОтветитьI sometimes whish my prof would do that, I could learn the technique better if he did. But I find his comments sometimes shellow.
ОтветитьI absolutely love this painting.
ОтветитьI had an art teacher who drew on your work with sharpie 😬 she would basically make you pivot into whatever she wanted you to change. I remember we did a project where we where making our drawings into a real item and she made me do the idea she had bc she didn’t like mine lol I had to do a glass of lemonade 😞
ОтветитьI’ve had professors in my art school just paint on my paintings, or draw on my stuff.
ОтветитьSong?
ОтветитьMy professor does also paint on our paintings, but without asking, or telling what he’s going to do, or caring what you think. If he thinks you’re wrong, he will try and ‘fix it’ and I hate him for that.
ОтветитьSometimes you just gotta watch the pros for a minute, Ive been there myself as a story quilter❤
Ответитьthe perspective of the painting is all over the place
ОтветитьI would love that actually. I learn better by someone actually showing me what I need to do, and people ALWAYs think it’s me not wanting to do something. Like no it would be helpful for someone to show me first and then I will try again
ОтветитьI love when ppl paint over my stuff its feels like a colab hehe
Ответитьmy teacher used to mark up the painting or drawing without asking. then we’d have to completely do it over bc she screwed the whole thing up…i remember putting my foot down and CONSTANTLY telling her to speak and explain instead of doodling all over my art :/
ОтветитьIt's a really cool painting
Ответитьdoes anyone know the type of paint used in this painting? i’ve tried painting with acrylic but it dries out so fast that i can’t blend anything :(
ОтветитьThis composition and style are incredible! And I'm glad he respects both your art and you as an artist enough to ask permission before demonstrating the technique on your work. Also it looks like he was mostly focused on a spot in the middle ground so its not as if he was going in over the stunning details on the snake and apples. I personally learn really well from watching people work so this teaching style would be right up my alley.
ОтветитьMy professor don't even ask he just grabs a red pencil and is like I think you should do it like this and draws right on top
ОтветитьIf an art teacher started painting my work girl I’d be honoured less work for me lol
ОтветитьBeautiful painting love how deep the symbolism is! I'm getting Garden of Eden analogy the background of the clouds reflecting in the heaven and the porcelain plate reflects on the humanism of development and our uncanny need to bite the apple of Eden. My interpretation
ОтветитьAnd my teacher just grabs it outta my hand and be like put more shadows use blue here grab this dirty color on the pallete T^T
ОтветитьIs that a representation of the first sin ?
ОтветитьI love this teaching style too because I don’t know what they mean until they show me 😂 my prof does this too
Ответитьim a medical student and when i was in school training to be a phlebotomist, my teacher straight up grabbed my hand and put the needle in my classmate 😭 you can imagine how mortified we were, but it turned out good.
ОтветитьHe is teaching. And constructive critic is the best you can hope for ❤
ОтветитьI mean, it kind of makes sense because artist are more visual. Sometimes to get your point across, you have to take it to the most tangible level.
ОтветитьSometimes it's had to explain it without showing you how to fix it!
Ответитьim glad ur teacher let u use headphones. im not even in a major art class and he wont let us, and plays the same playlists. claims its so we dont miss him teaching
sir…u told us not to talk while the model is there (nude drawing class) and u verbally saying the same buzzwords doesnt teach me.
HATE BAIT
ОтветитьDo they even teach perspective or is that not really a thing anymore? Proportions looking way janky
ОтветитьI was never a painter but loved my painting professor bc i felt like all his advice about painting doubled as life advice. Steve Cushner from DC. an awesome artist
ОтветитьBest advice I ever got is: when you think your done blending keep going… think your done now? Nope? Well actually look at it next time okay?
ОтветитьAs an art teacher, in my school we actively participated in students' works, not in a we control the direction of their art way, but in a we demonstrate exactly what they are trying to do so on a smaller part of the painting so they can see the technique and replicate it for everything else
ОтветитьMy 3D arts teacher in high school pulled that crap, would just grab your pen or whatever and start going at it without asking
ОтветитьThis is incredible, I'm inspired by you to paint a bit more, but it's gonna be shit compared to this 😂
ОтветитьIm glad he didn't just rip into you for the snake or the core apple or even the depth of the plate and the lighting. Everyone deserves a good teacher because how do we know it's wrong until we are as good as the best
ОтветитьI actually grew to loveeee crit... it was almost addictive to me, i just loved breaking things down in an almost three dimensional way, as a visual learner that is truly how I learnt to execute much better with way more depth and value
Ответить
