ОтветитьYou get so much headache from migraine so you start getting nausea and sweating? Yeah, pretty sure it's death if no painkillers.
ОтветитьWe were told that prescribing things off-label was a crime.
ОтветитьFor those vets with tinnitus . It does have a connection to migraines
ОтветитьI'm one of those rarer cases that had a horrific adverse reaction to botox for my migraines, but I'm always happy when something works for someone else.
Ответитьwill it reduce pain with chronic tension headache? (drugs dont work, im thinking about nerv blocks or botox)
ОтветитьExcellent video!
Thank you very much for your hard work.
Botox has done wonders for my migraines
ОтветитьWhat about lower backpain

Ответитьmigraine hurts so bad killing myself would hurt less
ОтветитьMigraine with aura is something I don't wish even for my enemies
ОтветитьI suffered from the worst of the worst form of headache there is called cluster migraine and is and it great that people that have cluster do not get to have this treatment because the requirement is that you must have at least 15 migeains per month.
With cluster the are not consistent they come in cycles and you might have 15 in a month and then you might not have another cycle for another 6 months or a year so in order to get this you would have to lie .
Cluster migraine. Look it up. Its twice as bad as a nomal migraine
Does it alleviate silent migraines?
ОтветитьYou're supposed to give incredibly specific locations of your pain as well. So they're not just stabbing wildly. My pain management guy (who is like my patron saint. Took me in when I was still 14 God bless him) tells me "one treatment every three months." It burns super bad for 2 days afterwards, then I get bad sensitivity or a migraine everywhere but where the injections were, then I'm totally fine. I've tried absolutely everything. Name a narcotic: done, Homeopathy: probably tried it, OTC nsaids, even things like injectables, nasal sprays, self medication, and blocks/hospitalization. But the ~30 botox injections along with my normal course of meds has basically turned my quality of life from counting minutes to not caring. Spending 25/30 days in bed to actually wanting to go outside. I still have to go to Urgent Care at times. And I've only had one migraine that I've deemed "worse than before I started taking meds," but it's taken 7 different doctors and 5 years for them to decide Botox. I love modern medicine.
ОтветитьHere it says it stops the pain. What about the the aura effect? Feeling weird , lightheaded...
ОтветитьMigraine is not a headache. Headaches can be cured with aspirin or paracetamol. Migraine is a neurological disease of which there is no cure. I've been having the Botox injections for over a year now and definitely felt a significant different after the 3rd round. You may get a protracted migraine on Day2-4 after the treatment, but will benefit from it in the long run. The frequency and severity of migraine attacks generally goes down for most people but you'll still get the occasional one that puts you in bed for a day or so. So not a cure, but worth trying if offered.
