Would be interesting to see an update to this video with Firefox now
Ответитьthis guy just pmo, just because it isint based on chormium dont mean its bad, and your adbloc extensions are awful
Ответитьdude use firefox it is the best for privacy
ОтветитьFirefox some webpage not load well. some website image is off side ...
Ответитьlol In 2025 Firefox is rekt
Ответитьoh yeah firefox decided to sell data now
ОтветитьThis aged well 😬
ОтветитьWell, well well..
ОтветитьI switched from Brave to Firefox on Android because on Firefox you can use browser extensions just like on PC. I like the Brave UI more but the extensions are more valuable for my browsing experience.
ОтветитьLove Firefox hate the Company behind it, it takes almost all of its money form Google, pays the CEO massive bonuses and still asks for donations....
ОтветитьFirefox updates every other day thats why im looking for alternatives... 😂
Ответитьdude what are your current opinions on the honey extension ?
ОтветитьHONEY AHAHAH
ОтветитьUblock origin is an amazing extension and guess what??? Chrome removing it soon and that sucks. Firefox will still use it and that makes firefox good
Ответитьbtw duck duck go is realy slow rn they don t have so much server capacity
ОтветитьThe twist at the end!
ОтветитьIn case I missed it what web browser do you recommend for crypto
ОтветитьI've been using Firefox for like 20-25 years now, and I never wanted to switch to any other browser.
ОтветитьIn Firefox you can add themes and that makes me like it
ОтветитьThe fact that you change the blank page background to customized picture...just for brave to put ads there from then on. So whats the point in customizing the background if Brave is just going to put ads there anyways? lame Brave sucks!!!!
ОтветитьThe main drawback of Brave is that it does provide any type of support of extension for Android so in that scenario Firefox is ahead.
ОтветитьBrave overrated af
ОтветитьWhen it comes to Ad-blocking, one B-rowser does it much B-etter, by default. Loading a webpage Festooned with ads a smidgen faster is not even in the same ballpark. More time is wasted waiting for the no-skip ads to finish.
ОтветитьSame.
ОтветитьBrave is on windows and the windows store. Also chromium is open source, with google being the major contributor/benefactor to the chromium project
ОтветитьBrave is suitable for those who do not use Facebook.
ОтветитьGoogle isn't exactly known for protecting user data... 🤦♂ as soon as I heard this I knew it was a bogus video. Google are renowned for protecting user data, they've never been hacked!
ОтветитьI love that Firefox encrypts your browser history as well and only your devices are able to decrypt it 👌🏻
ОтветитьI had to stop watching the video after he revealed the list of extensions he uses. How are you gonna talk about privacy with Firefox when you're running the Honey extension and such on your Firefox lmao? I guess you might be using a Firefox container for those extensions if that's a thing, but considering you said Firefox is proprietary tells me that you are not well versed with Firefox to do all that.
God this video is just so uninformed and contradictory. I'm out!
I'll always use Firefox despite it being a memory hog, i was getting tired of the constant chrome clones.
ОтветитьCrome user for years....thats all I needed to hear.
ОтветитьNotice
Brave = Lion
FireFox = Fox
But, didn’t Brave change code in chromium that makes it more private? I think it’s just the base code that they used and changed it. And Brave is also on Windows.
ОтветитьIt is incorrect information to say that Firefox containers only work on Facebook.
Firefox containers have nothing hardcoded on Facebook. You can use containers for anything you want, they are just separated named spaces for storing cookies. Only the sites opened in the same container could ever be able to access each other's cookies. It's almost like profiles, but more lightweight.
I currently use browser silos., Edge for all Microsoft and geek related actions, chrome for all Google related, Firefox (with delete everything onstart) for social media, Waterfox for finance related items, Vivaldi for Amazon related items, and so on.
You mentioned Brave's Native profile. Does this isolate and silo activity, like I am using individual browser for now?
Sorry, but you don’t really know what you are talking about.
ОтветитьI'm always using Firefox with two mandatory add-ons: NoScript and Privacy Badger. My main computer has 1000 tabs in Firefox! Of course, they're not open at the same time, but sometimes I go over 100 open tabs. And my add-ons are on the IT side (Web Developer, ElasticSearch, Shodan, Disconnect, etc.) plus 3 add-ons developed by myself. All in 32GB RAM that is shared with 1-2 virtual machines (VBox). Of course, I'm using Chrome but I don't get over 50 tabs in it, it doesn't feel right.
ОтветитьFOSS community cannot let chromium have market monopoly. When this happens, you get dangerous products like Windows.
ОтветитьFirefox is secure, but it's a memory hog.
ОтветитьHave you counted how many times you wave your hands?
What is the matter with you? Try to put your hands on your knees and say what you want without raising or waving your hands.
I use uBlock on firefox. works great.
