X-Men Origins: Wolverine - First Viewing

Anybody else just kinda want an Xmen movie without Wolverine even in it?

This movie was awful, but I kinda liked the opening war montage and Liev Schrieber's Sabertooth.

At this point, after watching everything Nostalgia Critic has released, I feel like Rob is my spirit animal.

I liked when Scott Summers used his powers against the soldiers.....other than that, this movie is easily the worst I've ever seen from the X Men movies, that and Dark Phoenix.....what were they thinking?

I like this one better than The Wolverine, or Last Stand.

I wish this movie had been about them fighting in all the wars. Occasionally running into Ancestors of other Mutants.

The biggest sin this movie commits in my eyes is screwing up Deadpool. Yeah seal the mouth of the famed "Merc with a Mouth" and give these bullshit powers like Katana's as Wolverines claws and of course make him go out like a bitch

Why they allow idiots like this to critique a decent film is beyond me. Yes….the film wasn’t sensational but decent all around - these guys are totally clueless 🙄

Apparently, the elderly couple is adapted from Guardian and Vindicator, the leaders of Alpha Flight. Agent Zero is supposed to be Maverick.

Am I the only one who thinks the uncaged edition Video Game should be the only way to enjoy this movie

I'm pretty sure I'm the only one who likes this movie. Granted this was the 1st X-Men movie I ever saw.

Just to answer your question: One of the screenwriters on this film was David Benioff AKA one of the guys who botched the ending to Game of Thrones.

When I was a kid, I actually thought this movie was great! I loved the movie, I played the game, I was TOTALLY invested...until I googled all the references and realized the movie was one big lie. I was especially pissed about Deadpool and also had questions as to why he didn't speak in the movie. Also i never saw the post-credits scene but thankfully so.

I don't mind this movie. If deadpool wasn't in it at all there wouldn't be half as many haters.

Also without this movie we most likely wouldn't have Deadpool because Ryan Reynolds wouldn't have fought so hard for it.

I love how in the flashbacks there were people giving him the adamantium bonding surgery, but in this movie a machine does it... (and the flashbacks look completely different).
