I was having problems with programs, some drivers and now the device manager. You've made me notice the common denominator for all my problems was my mouse when connected, thanks for the video, I'm never buying this one again

You had me clean boot and now I can't log back into my computer. Everything at start up is gone. No password. No face recognition and no pin. Thanks a lot. Everything is gone.

Thank you for the great explanation. On me, the issue was the NAS on the network. Needed to reattach the harddrive and fixed the issue.

Tried the clean boot and then couldn't access my computer. It said "something happened and your PIN isn't available." There was no way to get in so I had to do a system restore. Device manager is still refreshing

Question: when I disable all or half, should I pressed 'Apply'? You don't ever press that button. I attempted to and several scattered services remained enabled (checkmarked) after pressing the button. Also, when I disabled ALL and restarted without hitting apply, it disabled the service to enter my PIN and log in. So I had to Shift+Restart, and use a Restore Point. Does anyone know what service name enables that part, so I don't have to system restore constantly? I'm sure it's among the Microsoft Corp manufacturer tag column, but the name is not obvious and google ain't narrowing it down.

Well shit nothing worked

I just plugged in an external hard drive into my 3.1 port and drives do not show up and the device manager keeps refreshing, i unplug the device and the device manager stop flashing, what is the issue with my 3.1usb port, any help appreciated?

Could this be causing my Bluetooth to not turn on or off or not ?

this happened after updating my damn bios. my bluetooth speaker is acting up. it always keeps playing that hardware insert/eject sound and none of your methods worked... Also device manager is acting up like this

I dont have a USB connected to my laptop then too a notification appears agin and again saying "USB not identified" and device manager refreshes too I have tried everything bjlut the problem persists

Very detailed fix but to complicated for a senior citizen to do thanks for the video though . Hp warranty ends in July need to resolve this problem soon.

I disabled all services and the problem still continuous what should i do next ?

There is no fix for this problem and no one has a solution including Microsoft!

I had this exact problem and the fix was simply shutting off the PC, unplugging the power source, and then hitting the power button to discharge the capacitors. After that, everthing worked normally. Doing a hard shutdown after a crash caused the Bluetooth adapter to bug out just like in this video. I suspect that certain components were not receiving proper voltage thereby causing an undiagnosable equipment failure.

How to fix

when I am put in my new terabyte 1000 Mbps wireless wifi adaptor ( wireless N usb adaptor ) then my adaptor is connecte and as well as disconnect ( shown in device manager ) continuosly....

Dude, i did this, and now i cant get into my pc anymore, wtf do i do...

It was my bluetooth adapter/driver. I removed it and scan for new hardware. Had to do it a few times until it stopped. My bluetooth option was also visible in Windows 10 and that fixed that too!

None of this worked. Apparently the bluetooth driver update had an issue. It's fixed now

My system went to no boot do not post information if you do not have perfect fix. , First learn thungs then share your bullshit resolution

This is terrible. Its just a vague idea of turning things off, copied from the internet.

so my issue was the bluetooth on my laptop. It did this when the bluetooth is turned off and also kept resetting in the quick menu, vanishing and appearing repeatedly. Turning it on remains normal. Now it wont even let me turn it off. If i hit the switch in the BT settings, the switch disappears and remains active.
