HI Guys, this is what we got up to on the weekend. I made us some lovely home made yogurt, amazing. Also I cooked some jacket potatoes for the freezer so they wouldn't go to waste.

Home made yogurt
800ml whole milk
50ml live yogurt
Heat milk on high in slow cooker for 4/5 hours (180 degrees)
Turn off and let cool for 2 hrs (110 degrees)
mix yogurt with some of the milk, then mix all back together.
Cover in towel so its dark and leave for 6-12 hrs
