Love that it's based on a true story.

A perfect blend of mystery, strange humor and dysfunction. I found the end hilarious actually. It was not as "dark" as I thought, which I was happy about b/c I don't like truly dark movies. Both women are pretty psychotic in the end, lol. Kept my attention the whole way!

This was actually a really good movie. Watch it you won't be disappointed i bet

Great ride with chills & frills & incredible performances & wow the clothes , comedy with Agatha Christie mixed in

Almodovar always pokes fun at the male psyche. No American director that wants a big budget and theatrical release is going to go there. They will stick to the "cat fight" theme. Main reason why Feig isn't funny at all, whereas Almodovar is leaded with witty social commentary.

Omg I loved this movie, so many diff genres lol

Feig wants to be the American Almodovar. Almodovar never had innocent male waifs in his dark romance plots. The closest he came to that was in TMUTMD, but the "innocence" aspect was mental illness and the story always held the tension of possible deadly violence.

This movie pissed me off with all of the empty plots and plot twists.

Omg let me be a dam writer, I would change the ending to she actually just shoots her in the face then she gets hit by a car and the dad gets to live happy ever after.

Blake Lively this was a master stroke ❤

Skinny white b*tches Face-off over a very inconsequential man. Feig's "auteurship" seems to be stuck in a loop for a number of years. How do you not read a script and spot a hack once you're past your mid 20s in the industry?

Horrible shiddy movie

I had to keep pausing this movie because so many things kept happening and I was SHOOK. Literally so good!!!! My goodness.

Went darker than Bridesmaids. Albeit, it is hilarious that the kind of abuse justifying multiple murder and arson was that of being embarrassed and disciplined in front of friends - crime and tragedy, huh? A better title might be Emotional Twigs go Psychopath.

Yeah, nah. Nothing the twin did compared to the brother fucker! Your baby daddy being your kids' uncle/dad beats even murdering family members! Especially if you tricked your husband into thinking the kid was his, and then you had uncle/dad over to your house all the time! Who belongs in prison?✌🏻out!👋🏻

I’m about to watch this movie for the first time

so basically, once she took a pic of the woman Emily everything went downhill yeah, I probably would of not even be friends with her she can easily set you up.

I read a lot of reviews that describe this movie as a hilarious comedy. I didn't laugh, at all.  

But it was a great movie.

In 2001 they did Twins towers terakt in New York for stealing my house in Marco Island with digital copy of my body and my voice for opening tv channels with it . This is how they got access to houses of people who they kill to robe after they are spying on their victims online. Who can find all these gap houses tero mrazi and put them in jail?

This was such a fun but odd movie to catch 😅*pre pandemic life. Is worth revisiting people and being thankful

I was pleasantly surprised by this one despite some head scratching omissions and gaps in logic

The film is amazingly shot, brilliantly acted, and shocking while also being funny
Anna Kendrick and Blake Lively bounce so wonderfully off one another
It’s kind of a shame though Linda Cardellini is only in 1 scene
There’s twist after twist too as the plot gets progressively darker
Sure it’s a bit long but suspenseful and it sprinkles dark humor for a mom noir thriller
Secrets are like margarine; easy to spread bad for the heart, you start digging around secrets you won’t like what you find, you have to go after the powerful ones otherwise they overpower you, everybody has a dark side they’re just better at hiding it than others

Both lead actresses are fantastic with a sharp, witty script
A clever game of cat and mouse that’s quite colorful aided by a French chique quality

They're even in talks to make a sequel collaborating with Amazon Studios reuniting the cast and director Paul Feig

I saw they are making a sequel I read the plot and I'm like this definitely looks interesting the way Emily died was very brutal Stephanie seems to go for the unattainable like her halfbrother ew blood is blood no matter what and then her friends husband really this is like a gone girl remake just with twins instead and kids and shit
