Best Wireless Microphone (iPhone, Android & DSLR) - UPDATED REVIEW!

Hey, Justin. Thanks much for this professional video -- really helped me. I'm excited about my new "ultralight" filming setup using the iphone pro 13, dji om5 and the rode wireless go 2. I've got the rode receiver connected to the iphone with a usb-c to lightning cable and appears to be working fine. Question: where and how do you physically attach the rode receiver to the iphone without impacting the balance of the gimble and what is the best way to tidy up the cable, so it doesn't interfere? what accessories i can use for the rode wireless go that is connected to my smartphone and gorilla so it wont hang while holding it when vlogging outside. thanks in advance.

Hey Justin. I loved your video and appreciate the in depth demos and specs. I do own the original Rode wireless go and I've been using it for a lot of my fitness and yoga videos. One thing that constantly is coming up in postediting is the occasional heavy breath. Any tips on how far to keep the microphone from mouth or even adjusting settings please? My new Android phone does not seem to have 3.5mm input on it. Do any new ones? What system would you recommend that ideally supports two wireless lavalier mics (e.g. for two people doing an interview) that works with an Android phone which only has a USB-C port on it? Thank you so much!

What I don't like about the Wireless Go 2 is that you have to charge each one separately.

From what I read I think the DJI Wireless Mic is way more better than this one.

The only way to see, adjust and set all the other settings on the Wireless Go 2 is only by computer. Such a hassle when you are outdoors.

Great video, I'm just wondering what's the point of this being a "wireless" microphone if all you say you mainly use it for is to plug in your chorded lav mic? That just sounds like it defeats the purpose to me in the extra expense that one doesn't need it.

Hey man, I may have missed it somewhere in the video, but with this wireless system I'm thinking about swapping over to it eventually, because I've been using movo mics, but there are not a lot of features, and with rode I was wondering if I could use more than 2 transmitters without any special adapters?

I wonder something. We stream my churches service live but the sound isn't good quality. Is there a way to use a Bluetooth mic like this one, even rhough the speaker is using a normal mic? That way, our quality for our streaming will be clear. Or will the live mic interfere?

having used this and Diety Pocket Wireless, i prefer the later. reason: it came with LAV, wires and connectors for FREE. no additional purchase required. Audio clarity is good as well. The other worth competitor is DJI wireless mic but that is in another price league....

Great video - thanks! I am just about to get the GoPro Hero 11 but it has only one USB-C port which I want to use for the Volta so I can shoot video for 4 hours non-stop. My question: Can I use the Rode Wireless Go2, or the DJI Mic WITHOUT having to connect it directly to the GoPro camera? Because, like I said, there is only one USB-C port on the GoPro Hero 11 camera. Then I can just sync the video with the audio when I do my editing. Any advice will be appreciated?

Record a band .or duet live music. With your phone. Then with the microphone. See how well it works. This video was a complete waist of time
